NoveNova Return and Refund Policy

A. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, untested, with all tags still attached, and in their original packaging.

B. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To begin the return process, please contact us at info@novenova.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions for returning the item. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior approval.

C. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, incorrect product, or something that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at info@novenova.com. We will work to resolve the issue quickly.

D. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only accepted for defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items, or if the wrong size was ordered. If you require an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@novenova.com.

E. RESTOCKING FEE
We are pleased to announce that Novenova does not charge any restocking fees for returns.

F. REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Note: The maximum time to process a refund is 7 days.

G. UNUSED DISCOUNTS
Please note that refunds will not be issued for discounts that were not applied at the time of purchase. All discounts must be used during the transaction; we cannot make retroactive adjustments. We recommend that you review your discount codes before completing your order to ensure that you receive the full benefit.
